background:
(At time of writing) Wilcom e4 does not support import of graphic if file name has extension .jpeg.
Of course .jpg is supported, and technically, .jpeg and .jpg are of the same file content just different file extension. However, we might receive .jpeg from time to time.

solution:
To change file extension without showing file extension on your Windows Explorer and without the need to launch CorelDRAW:
  1. Launch Windows PowerShell at the folder where .jpeg images are located.
    A quick way is to go to File > Open Windows PowerShell > Open Windows PowerShell

  2. Type (or copy and paste) following command:
    Dir *.jpeg | rename-item -newname { [io.path]::ChangeExtension($_.name, "jpg") }

remark:
Of course, you can always show the file extension on Windows Explorer and change it there, but I find it ugly to show all file extensions. However, this command allows you to convert multiple files in one go.
Of course 2, this command line script will become useless once Wilcom EmbroideryStudio can import .jpeg directly.
