When We need Text like "TESAT" the space between S A T gets more space than others letters. Is an easy fix for sure, you can manually fix it. But when we have like 30 names and use Team Names tool, we need check name by name to fix this issue. It takes a lot of time. Maybe have a solution for it?

Always Learning.

Hi

You can update the kerning tables so it remembers your settings for next time

Please refer to the following help article.

Something I noticed recently while using the "Update Kerning" :

Let's say one has a word that needs updated kerning at several locations. I noticed that after I adjusted the kerning of two letters (arrow 1), and then adjusted kerning of the next set of two letters(arrow 2), all the letters got jumbled on top of one another. I should have taken screenshots, but didn't. (I manually moved letters around just to show what I mean by jumbled on top of one another) - something like this:

I ended up deleting the text and creating a new text object to get the correct spacing. I suspect that is how it is supposed to work ?

If not mistaken,
After updating kerning, for the newly saved kerning to work properly, it's better to start new text. (Not the one just adjusted/saved.) Annoying I know.

That's what I thought too, but wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong, again.
