Did sombody find out how to digitize for this material?
I'm having troubles with a filled circle.
The digitizing company we are using has no idea about digitizing for this material, so I had to do edits to the design, changing the understitches and the fills, but still can't get it right.
Any tip about digitizing this (we've got lot's of tips about hooping) would be really appreciated!
Attached is my embroidery file for this design.
Thank you so much!!!

Hi, Carolina!

Which type of performance fabrics do you use? Acrylic?
The backing by Gunold for performance fabrics really does work. Our standard method for dealing with "slinky" fabrics is to use adhesive spray (Gunold again). The KK100 economy version is just fine. The more expensive version is available for super stick.

Also, when stitching we run the machines at a lower speed.
I do lycra tops all the time and I just lower the density. I use rayon thread - nothing special. But usually if you do not lower the density the letters can fall out.

Maybe I could help you more if you posted the sample so we could have a look at it.

- sincerely yours, Mary

Thank you Mary for your reply!
The sleeve design is 1" and the back design is 1.87: wide.

The material is 100% polyester.

I lower the density on the fill and outlines, and I did a good foundation of understitches as explained here:

we used sticky backing as well as 1 piece of cut away backing.

I thought that the size of the logo would be a factor, but the sleeve design is pretty small and still get's distorted.
I'll appreciate any tip, comment or correction you may have for me!!!
Caro.
