I have entered a help ticket to support but I really do not expect a response. I have entered other support tickets and never received a response. So that is why I am here to see if someone has a resolution.

I did create a new help ticket and I made sure my dongle number was listed. There was some long number in the field. So maybe tech support will contact me.

So i found the problem it was my Windows. I had to re-install Windows and now am able to intall the 4.5 update. Thank you for trying to help.
