when I scan an image into wilcom, it does not come in at 1:1 My 5 inch image scans into wilcom at 25 inches. I have calibrated my screen - is it a scanner setting? I have that at 100%

Try lowing the DPI resolution to something lower. From memory, ES images are only 72 or 92 dpi.
So maybe try scanning at 100 dpi, and see what happens.

Hey Petar - when I scan using the HP scan software it does in fact scan at true 1:1 size. It's only when I use the scan option in Wilcom FILE>SCAN GRAPHIC that it comes in huge. So it's a wilcom issue. There is no way to alter the scan settings in wilkcom. HP scan is on the left, Wilcom scan is on the right in my attachment

I don't have that issue with my MultiFunction Brother scanner.
When I scan I get the screen below.

And the image is the exact size of the post it note in the software.
