PDF Nova error was created by Tracestar
Hi, when I make a PDF in Wilcom e4 I have a message at the bottom of every pdf that says this document was created by software without a license. I am attaching a pic of the error. Any help you can give would be great!

Thank you,

Tracee

Hi Tracee,

Thank you for submitting this request.
Please try the following instructions listed below

Manually start the "novaPDF Server" service:

1) Go into Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services,
2) Click on novaPDF Server and then right click and select Start.

If restarting the Nova Services didn't solve the issue, uninstall-reinstall the NOVA PDF .

Open Control Panel by typing Control Panel in Windows Search Box >
Programs > Programs and Features
Then locate the three drivers
> Check for this three Drivers if installed (You can click Column to filter by Publisher name "Softland")

- Wilcom PDF Printer
- novaPDF 8 Printer Driver
- novaPDF 8 SDK COM

Thank you, that worked.

The strange thing is I had already done both of those and it didn't work. I was getting a PDF error when starting Wilcom so I found the fix on the Wilcom website. Then after starting the service I started getting the error.

I ended up restarting it and then the error went away. Thanks again!
