Unwanted stitches nowhere to be seen in digitized file

Hi everyone! My company has been dealing with a troublesome monogram font for months and we're stumped. Random stitches are made in the center of most letters of the finished product, but those stitches are nowhere to be seen in the .dst files when pulled up in Embroidery Studio. They're difficult to pick out, so were trying to find a way to prevent them from happening. I believe this might be an exporting glitch, but I'm not 100% sure yet. Attached is an image of the problem on the finished product, its corresponding .dst file, and a screenshot of the file. We use Tajima TFMX-C1502 machines if anyone needs that info.

Is there anyway we can prevent this? Do we need to just export this font into a different file format?

Thanks so much!
