Stitch Edit not recognised on exporting to formats

I am working on a design where I have adjusted a satin stitch by using stitch edit so it no longer goes outside of the hoop size.

I can export the design in DST and everything is ok, however when I export in any other format, ie PES, JEF, EXP etc it no longer recognises the edit and says the design is too large for the hoop...

I am doing exactly what I used to do before, so not sure if its the recent update where things have gone wrong?

Can anyone help?

Thanks

(hopefully I will attach the EMB file if anyone else could try it?)

.....I have now imported a DST file and exported to all other formats from that one and all looks fine, so it looks like it is something to do with the EMB file?

Not sure what was changed in the design but I opened the attached emb and was able to export the design to EXP, JEF and PES without an issue.
