I recently installed the program on a Mac with the M1 proccesor using the Parallel VM and even though the installation was successful, the dongle key won't be recognized by the program. Any solutions?

Panosten, Did Anyone answer this for you? I just did the same thing Installed Wilcom es 4 on my Mac in a Boot camp Partition. Everything seemed fine. Then when I installed Parallels the Security Dongle disappeared!

The answer was simple. From with windows in parallels go to the I had to go the Devices menu at the top of the window. Select Bluetooth click the Sentinel HL. This will Map your Dongle to Boot Camp and then Wilcom will be able to see it and Run!

I had the same Problem After installing Parallels and running Windows 10 from Boot Camp in Parallels my Dongle was missing. The Answer was will in windows in Parallels go to the Top of the screen select the Devices Menu then USB & Bluetooth Select the Sentinel HL. This will map the Wilcom Security Dongle to Boot Camp and Wilcom should load fine !

Sorry for the double post

Currently the Apple computers with the M1 chip does not support bootcamp.

Parallels are working on a Desktop for Mac version to support it but it's in development at the moment
