Capture Virtual Bitmap stopped working was created by Stitch22
I have been using Capture Virtual Bitmap to put a JPG image on the web server for several years it has never given me issues. Until a couple of weeks ago it stopped working? Then it started again and stopped again.
I have the latest release installed in dec 2020. It was still working then. I tried the the Capture Virtual Decoration Bitmap and it worked to create a PNG file. But Not the Capture Virtual Bitmap.
