e4.2F / PC Windows 10 build 17134.619

ESA font cannot be found in the pull down menu of
1. Create Letter dialogue box (1st image)
2. Manage Alphabet dialogue box (2nd image)

Note: Font is listed in the Object Properties box (3rd image)

I believe this esa font may have been created in BETA e4.2.

If it was created in an earlier version beta version of e4.2, the flag in the font may be set incorrectly. Can you please attach the fonts that don't show.

Hi Pascale,

We checked it on our Wilcom Support issue repository but can't seems to find the issue in there. Do you have a reference number?

Ticket 24757 didn't have any ESA file as well.

Thanks,
Karla

Hi Karla,
Here are the two esa files I noticed were missing from the Create Letter and Manage Alphabet menus.

NOTE: I intend to delete the one labeled "Vintage Olivia 50mm". However, in the attached emb file, it's strange that although the object properties box show several letters, the letters are not generating in the work space.

Sorry for the confusion. Here is the link to where I originally reported this issue in e42d
community.wilcom.com/e42-eap-reports/497...habet-pull-down-menu .

Hi Pascale,

1 . Regarding the file 'Vintage Olivai 50mm.ESA' , I will be providing you a working one as soon I I can have access to flag it. I will get back to you on this. So that you can continue and edit lettering objects and save it in the ESA.

2. As for the color-object list issue, I was not able to reproduce it when i deleted the upper texts from Vintage Olivia 50mm.ESA.

See attachment.

Thanks Karla ... but it is the "Vintage Olivia AD" esa file that I need. I believe it is the one that has the most saved letters and is "as digitized".

Hi Pascale,

Sorry for getting back late.

I have attached the ESA files (converted as user fonts).
Make sure that there are no similar copies (regardless of the filename) of the files present in your USERLETW folder.

Thanks,
Karla

Thank you SO SO much Karla!
The system didn't crash when I saved the new letters I had digitized.

This has been a popular font with customers. I'm glad I have a working copy again - thanks to you :wlove:
