Mysterious Point at the end of the object

Hello everyone,

I Realized that in some cases, the end of the objects presents something like a small tip, seeming final end. But it's off. This did not happen in version 4.1. What could that be? Anyone else noticed? Look at the figures. I'm using 4.2 version.

Which font and what size did you use?
Mine (e4.1Q and e4.2) look the same.

Hi. Could you also upload your .EMB file so I can see your object and settings?

Thanks,
Brenden

Hi. this looks like a tie off but as Brenden suggests the emb file will be helpful.

Cheers

Hi, Brenden

Follow the EMB file. It Seems that the problem occurs only with fonts when they are resized to smaller and whose line thickness is below 2 mm.

Thanks.

Thanks for the EMB files. I can see the issue but cannot really reproduce the problem when recreating the design from scratch.

Could you provide the steps on how you are creating the lettering and anything you are doing after breaking it apart?

I listed my steps below and my result is the lettering at the bottom.

1. Create lettering using Block 2
2. Set to Fixed Line and 6.37mm in height
3. Enter the Text
4. Click Create Text then enter line so the same length as the original.
5. Apply only Center Run underlay to the lettering
6. Breakapart the text until individual lettering
7. Change trim setting to 11mm

My result is the lettering at the bottom. Slightly better but not perfect.
