Hi Antony,

Try to go to windows indexing options and check if you don't have any non-applicable folder locations.

Hi Antony,

You can also try to postpone the Windows Update? For temporary purpose and to monitor the performance of the Design Library kindly do the following measure

1. Type Services
2. Locate Windows Update
3. Click Stop the Service
4. Close the Services Window
5. Open ES and test the Design Library

It's recommended to complete the update and run it during the night.
For you to start the Windows Update back, just do the same steps above and click ReStart the service.

Another way is to "locate any unsupported location in the Embroidery Library and remove them from the library or enable indexing for those locations."

In ES , Click on the Design Library Icon > Manage Embroidery Library Locations

So here, if you would like to add a network location to your library it has to be INDEXED first (Please open this link for the guidelines www.wilcom.com/help/e4/es/en/index.htm?r...erm=INDEX&rhsyns=%20 )

Here's the steps for you to change the VIRTUAL MEMORY to SYSTEM MANAGED

Type Performance Monitor on the Windows Search Box
Click Adjust the Appearance and performance of Windows

Click Advanced Tab > Click Change Button >

Click System managed size > Click OK
