I have 50 shirts ranging from small to x-large that need 10 names on left chest, each person will get 5 shirts. What is the most efficient and fastest (best over all) to digitize for a single head embroidery machine?

Use Teamname function.
When you generate machine files, choose create separate designs.
(i.e. click on the left button circled in blue)

(left one: to create separate designs; right one: to create a matrix of designs)

Load the first machine file (first person's name), stitch same name on 5 shirts, Then, load the next file, and stitch on 5 shirts, and so on.
