Fails to start if not running as administrator was created by Chrisstitch
Workflow 4.5f Fails to start if not running as administrator.

Gives a 'Couldn't find the file......libintf.dll' which is not even in the DesignWorkflw_e4.5 directory as image attached. e4.5 workflow error.jpg

Have repaired and still get the same.

Will run as admin logged in or as 'Run as administrator' with reduced windows 10 privileges.
Running on the same machine as e4.2.
