I have a closed Column С contour. A "star" for example. How to fill the inner area with tatami? Embroidery Studio 4.2.

Select the object and click the tatami fill icon.

Yes, but Column C dissapear. I need both column С and tatami. OK, I can copy Column C and paste it again but... Embroidery Studio v2 had Offset button and there was offset with tatami, distance 0 mm and voila!

That is still present you could just Ctrl+D (duplicate the first object) then click the button. If you have the features enabled you also have simple offsets and outlines and offsets.

Select the object
Duplicate
Select the first object and turn to Tatami

You can use 'Outlines and Offsets' feature. See the attached PNG file to see the steps.
