Why can't Truesizer open my EMB file? I have e4.2JR24

TrueSizer e4.1J won't be able to open the newer files from EmbroideryStudio e4.2. You would need to get TrueSizer Pro e4.2.

Hi,

I have TrueSizer Pro 4.2J, the newest. It wont open files from Studio 4.5. This is the reason I bought Pro.

Can I expect an update?

The highest EMB version that TS Pro e4.2 can open is from e4.2. It won't be able to open files from ES e4.5.

Will there be an update or did I waste money buying TS Pro?

It doesn't seem right that you upgrade one program (ES 4.5) for another to become redundant to me? I bought TS Pro 6 months ago for the sole purpose of opening EMB files.

I had been considering purchasing Hatch after a trial, but I see they haven't given you an answer yet, Riaan. I had a similar problem last year and so far, they have not issued an update. Considering the lack of answer to your question and the confusion surrounding upgrading one program but not the other, I'm not included to purchase any software from Wilcom.

Hi,

Same problem, why upgrading ES and NOT Truesizer ? Don't sell Truesizer in this case.
This kind of problem is not profesionnal and push me to replace my 5 ES systems by another brand...
Please tell us news about that.
