Bring Back TruSizer was created by mgarza
The new Workspace is lacking in so many ways that just make it unusable.
We can't create new color ways. (Like we did in TruSizer)
We can't drag and drop. (Like we did in TruSizer)
We can't create a customer thread chart (Like we did in TruSizer)
What kind of planning went into this new development? All of the functionality is gone. The only benefit is being able to open the latest e4.5 files.

Hi Mgarza,
WilcomWorkspace is a web-based product so not limited to the costly and restrictive releases of desktop software like TrueSizer. Therefore, this is simply version 1 and the functions you describe will be available in Workspace. As a subscriber to Workspace you also get the new features and updates for free.

Understood...but that doesn't do anything for me now. I have basically started paying for a product that is by far WORSE than what I already had only because I need the functionality for my CSR's to open 4.2 files that my 2 in house digitizers create.
Cost is not an issue when the product is good and valuable. Right now, Workspace can not make that claim. How long do we have to wait (and pay) for such an inferior product to what was already available in TruSizer Pro?

If you want to open 4.2 files your team can continue to use TrueSizer for now.
Workspace is e4.5.

Sorry...meant e4.5. Doesn't work.
We paid for 2 licenses to be on the most current version of Wilcom for our digitizers...but should have saved the money as it's basically a time consuming mistake on our part that Wilcom cannot correct at this time.
The clock is ticking...hopefully this gets done right away. As mentioned before...all of this capability was already built into the TruSizer. Claiming this is Version 1 of Workspace is a weak excuse for it not being up to par and basically not usable from any sort of efficiency standpoint. Wilcom really should be embarrased by it.

I’m sorry you feel that way, but it’s not a weak excuse. When developing a web product it offers little value to keep it back for years while all features are added. You add features as they are developed to continue improving it based on user feedback. It’s version one and will continue to add more features beyond TrueSizer over time.
Since it’s launch in December as BETA we’ve already a new production worksheet printing capability and more is to come.
If you feel the product is not right for you at this time we can refund your purchase and you may consider subscribing again when you feel its feature sets are more closely aligned to your needs.
Cheers.
